We work with people who want to get jobs and qualifications and with those organisations that suppport them to do so. Many of the people we work with face major obstacles to getting and finding jobs. We are here to help by providing a range of training, mentoring and work experience opportunities. For companies working with clients we can provide staff development training such as OCR coaching and mentoring training. For individual clients, we have a range of specially developed training and mentoring services to suit all needs.

We are a consultancy which enables us to develop bespoke training solutions as well as to undertake research and evaluation work in a wide range of contexts.

Operating within Europe as Empower, we work with many similar organisations to develop innovative initiatives aimed at improving access to education and employment for those facing disadvantage. We are a social enterprise which means that our profits go to support the work of lone parent support charity, Gingerbread NI.
